💊 Inside the Enhanced Games as Athletes Open Up About PEDs
The inaugural Enhanced Games took place last night on the edge of the Las Vegas Strip, where performance-enhancing drugs weren't just allowed but encouraged. In an ESPN feature on the event, athletes described taking testosterone, HGH and other FDA-approved substances under medical supervision during a three-month camp in Abu Dhabi.
Sprinter Shania Collins, a former U.S. Indoor champion, said three weeks in she hit an 80kg hang clean - more than she'd ever moved - and felt "a little more diesel looking." Of the 36 athletes in the company's clinical trial, 91% took testosterone and 79% took HGH.
