🧀 Packers Hire Jake Flint as Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Green Bay Packers hired LSU Director of Athletic Performance Jake Flint as assistant strength and conditioning coach. Flint spent nearly two decades with Brian Kelly — starting at Cincinnati in 2007, 12 years at Notre Dame, and the last four at LSU. Kelly praised Flint's ability to help athletes reach their full potential and understand every component of championship-level preparation.

Matt LaFleur has familiarity with Flint from their 2014 season together at Notre Dame when LaFleur was QB coach. This is Flint's first NFL job. He'll serve under Strength & Conditioning Coordinator Aaron Hill, who joined the Packers in 2024. Injuries derailed Green Bay's season last year, making Flint's nearly two decades of experience a potentially valuable addition. Read More

Scott says if you're not coming to Kansas State to compete for NCAA Tournaments and National Championships, your mind isn't right. He describes the jump to Power 4 as battling imposter syndrome, then looking in the mirror and trusting he's good enough for the opportunity. Read More

⛳️ Rory McIlroy's Masters Weekend: Elite Recovery and 150 BPM Celebrations

Rory McIlroy's Whoop data from the Masters shows four straight days of green recoveries Thursday through Sunday (89%, 79%, 94%, 87%), elite resting heart rate of 47-49 bpm, and 24,000 steps on Sunday. His heart rate spiked to 135 bpm on the 18th tee, dropped 105 bpm for a tap-in putt, then jumped to 150 bpm during his celebration. The numbers show how pressure manifests physiologically — even in a sport that doesn't require cardio fitness. Read More
