🏒 Flyers Hire NBA Performance Expert to Fix Conditioning

The Philadelphia Flyers hired Daniel Bove, formerly Vice President of High Performance for the New Orleans Pelicans, to address conditioning issues. Example: 30 seconds on/30 seconds off for rows, press, curls, triceps. "There are ugly reps when athletes run tired in games too. This is a skill and can be learned." Off-feet conditioning like echo bikes and versa climbers gets heart rate up while reducing pounding on joints. Read More
